Jason arrived with the landscaper who was chosen to re-grade our back yard and, in the process, build a retaining wall. He therefore understood exactly what we needed before the project was started. He provided an estimate that held through to and included the final payment. In other words, there were no surprise costs.
He and his crew arrived at the scheduled date and time, and we went over the project in great detail prior to getting started.
I was able to check with his crew throughout much of the day, and they did exactly what we had laid out.
They finished the project on time that day and cleaned up before leaving. Everything looks great, and I appreciate the work that was done.
