  • Ben & Erin Wamboldt Owners

Ben and Erin Wamboldt are the Owners Stand Strong Fencing of Tampa. Ben also serves as the General Manager while Erin fills the role of Director of Business Development. The culture of the team is dedicated to building high-quality fences with integrity, precision, and pride. With a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Stand Strong Fencing of Tampa ensures every project meets the company’s high standards of craftsmanship and service.

Tampa residents for over 20 years, Ben & Erin enjoy spending time with their dogs, Gracie and Picket, giving back to the community, travel and binge-watching comedy shows.

They believe in treating every customer like a neighbor and every project like it’s their own backyard.

  • Steve Devaux Director of Operations

Steve Devaux is the Director of Operations at Stand Strong Fencing of Tampa, where he oversees daily operations, multiple installation crews, and vendor partnerships to ensure every fence is built with precision, quality, and pride. With a strong background in service management and construction operations, Steve is passionate about delivering projects that not only enhance properties but also strengthen customer trust and community relationships.

Originally from New Jersey, Steve studied Business Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he developed his foundation in leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. His career path — from small-business owner to production leader — has been built on hard work, problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Now proud to call Tampa Bay home, Steve embraces the coastal lifestyle with his wife, Danielle, and their two sons, Logan and Bryson. Together, they enjoy the balance of family, sunshine, and the laid-back energy that defines life along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Their household also includes Sadie, their loyal dog, and Star, their spirited cat — both part of the Devaux family team.

Steven’s approach to work and life is simple: build things that last — strong fences, strong families, and strong communities.
