Committed to giving back, JT and his wife have donated more than 50% of their profits to San Antonio charities and non-profits since 2021. As a proud partner of a nationally recognized brand, he remains firmly rooted in the local community, ensuring every project reflects the values of integrity, craftsmanship, and service.

Ruben is a former college football player, high school math teacher, and proud dad who brings a coach’s mindset to every project. With nearly a decade of sales experience—most recently at North Park Lexus—he believes that if you take care of the customer, the referrals will follow.

Ruben is known for his ability to break down complex ideas and guide homeowners through big decisions with patience and clarity. He’s passionate about helping people feel confident in their investment and making the process as smooth as possible from estimate to installation.

When he’s not on the job, Ruben enjoys spending time with his kids and staying active. He’s excited to bring his energy, integrity, and heart for service to the Stand Strong team.

Originally from Washington state, Alex brings grit, energy, and a strong sales background to the Stand Strong team. He grew up working in construction before finding his stride in sales more than seven years ago—rising through the ranks with a proven record of exceeding KPIs and mentoring other reps along the way.

After moving to Texas, Alex found his faith in Christ and a renewed purpose in building trust with customers through honesty, hustle, and clear communication. Outside of work, he’s either strumming his guitar to a George Strait tune, working on his golf swing, or spending time with his loyal sidekick—his dog, Buddy.
