Custom Architectural Fence Installation – Raleigh, NC

The Challenge

The homeowner was looking for a custom, architectural-grade fencing solution to complement more than 30 years of thoughtful architecture and landscape design on their Raleigh-area property. This wasn’t a standard fence install—it needed to be a precise finishing touch that matched the home’s long-established aesthetic while also accommodating small dogs and an active outdoor space.

The Solution

Stand Strong Fencing designed a two-part solution tailored to both form and function:

8’ Patriot aluminum wire fencing for strength, visibility, and a clean architectural look

8’ FenceTrac LuxeCore aluminum framing with composite boards (custom-ordered) to provide a modern, high-end privacy element

Because the FenceTrac components were custom-fabricated with long lead times, accuracy was critical. Our team made multiple site visits to verify measurements, understand the homeowner’s vision, and ensure our installation crew was fully aligned before placing the order. With custom materials, there’s no room for guesswork—and we weren’t willing to take shortcuts.

Overcoming Challenges

This project required careful coordination with ongoing landscaping work and the removal of existing fencing. Midway through the process, FenceTrac transitioned to a new supplier, which resulted in an unexpected delay in delivering the LuxeCore materials.

Rather than rush or compromise the project, we stayed closely involved and proactive throughout the delay. To support the homeowner in the meantime—especially their small dogs—we installed temporary fencing sections so the yard remained safe and usable during the wait. (The temporary setup was solid enough to function like a permanent fence.)

The Results (So Far)

While we’re still awaiting delivery of the LuxeCore panels, the Patriot aluminum fencing is fully installed and already making a strong visual impact. The clean lines and architectural feel enhance the property while setting the stage for the final LuxeCore installation, which will complete the design exactly as planned.
